Alpha came out a couple of years ago and fixed our squirrel problem in the attic. Randy closed up the holes along our gutter line and the problem was solved. A couple of weeks ago, we again heard squirrels in the attic. True to his promise of lifetime warranty, he came out quickly and got rid of the squirrel problem again at no extra charge. In addition, he closed up all the other possible avenues of entry so that we don't have any problems in the future.
